せんべい rice cracker's Intro

The blogger is international and global. And so, I 'd like to introduce one of the japanese food cluture to world. The first is senbei and arare, rice cracker.

Japanese rice crackers are named "senbei".
Ｓenbei are 煎餅 in japanese character.



This senbei is named "senryou-manryou". It is like Japanes old coin in Edo Period.

It makea a marriage between a senryou coin and a manryou .
